If you decide to acquire an NFT via our platform, be aware that all financial dealings are processed through the Ethereum blockchain, over which we have no control or oversight. We cannot reverse these transactions and bear no responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise from them. Each transaction on the Ethereum network incurs a Gas Fee, which you are obligated to pay.

Your engagement with our platform is solely at your own risk. We provide our services without any form of warranty. This disclaimer extends to all aspects of our platform, including but not limited to, its reliability, uninterrupted use, and the absence of harmful components. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your needs or that any data you disclose while using our platform will remain secure.

Limitation of Our Liability

In no circumstance will we be liable for any indirect or consequential damages that you might incur in connection with our platform. This includes losses of profits, reputation, data, or the costs of obtaining substitute services. 

Acknowledgment of Risks

By engaging with our platform, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with NFTs, including their volatile nature and the fact that they should not be viewed as investments. You also accept the risks associated with using digital currencies, including potential security breaches. The regulatory environment for blockchain technologies is still evolving, and changes in the law could impact the value of your NFT.

Your Indemnification Obligation

You agree to indemnify and defend the Creator and related parties against any claims or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our platform, or any illegal activities conducted in association with our platform.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. By continuing to use our platform after updates to the Terms, you agree to be bound by such revisions. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue your use of the platform.

Age Requirement

Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years old. By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of our platform will be resolved through arbitration in New York, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits regarding these disputes.
